Lunch Rut!
We really are in a lunch rut. Lean pockets have been on sale, so this has been the extent of our yummy lunches. Usually I like to have leftovers, but I have had no inspiration to cook lately. So please enlighten me on your lunches so I can get out of this cycle. But I do have to say that the spinach artichoke chicken is really good, just not 10 days in a row!

Ok...one of Brandon's and my favorite easy lunches has to be something we invented...boil noodles (spirals work great), dish into your bowls, microwave shredded cheese over the top, add freshly diced tomatoes and cottage cheese (salt & pepper), then enjoy!!! It's super easy and delicious. Also, I would love for you to take some pictures for me. Just say when :) you are seriously such a babe!

Two things I do for lunch.
Turkey wraps: lean turkey, wheat tortillas, lowfat mozz. cheese. cook in micro for 30 sec. then add lettuce, tomato, leftover salad, sprouts, ect. (really any veggie you like.) Then add lowfat ranch, and a little red hot for kick! YummmmO.
Egg Mcmuffins: fry a couple eggs, toast an english muffin, add cheese to eggs , and then throw a couple tomatoes on the eggs. add to the muffin and wamo! You got an egg mcmuffin (with the tomatoes, you can leave those out if you don't like them!) I add a little ketchup for dipping, but you could leave that out too. Loves!
Wow those lean pockets do look really good. I would offer suggestions on lunch, but anything I cook usually doesn't taste very good so I'm not a good person to give that kind of advice, but good luck :)
Jake and I got a bread machine. We make our sandwiches out of that which doesn't seem like a boring sandwich and is a little bit tastier.
I feel the same way about lunch! We do quesadillas alot, pb and j, grilled cheese, soup, chicken nuggets. It's totally the least healthy meal of the day. I need to do better at making more dinners so we have leftovers too.
