Wow, I'll try to keep this short, but so much has happened! Are you ready?
#1 We sold our Spec house!! Too bad it was for $150,000 less than what we owed. Short sales are scary, and we will see how bad it will be next year when we are taxed. The dumb IRS can say that since we didn't pay $150,000 that it was profit and charge is 30% taxes on that. So, we will see!
#2 Our own home is under contract for a short sale (not even as bad as the other one) and we might have it sold within a month and a half. The bank we used for our short sale on the investment home basically took control of our house because we did a short sale, so it is basically not even ours. "Why keep feeding a dead horse?" said our lovely accountant. That is why we are moving. Pray it goes through!!
#3 After some crazy revelation and a lot of prayers, we have decided to not get our own place, but to move into Matt's mom's home and help her get through these tough financial times. WE are excited about this because she is an angel!
#4 Jay is walking! I need to post a video soon because it is so cute to see him wobble with his arms straight up in the air! He finally started to say "mom" too. It melts my heart every time!
#5 I upgraded everything about my business! New name, website, logo, software...the works. If you have links on your blog, thanks so much, but there is a new address if you wouldn't mind changing it. I am getting a lot of work and weddings! I just love taking pictures!

#6 We are more happy than we have ever been going through these crazy times. We plan on being completely out of debt by next year, and starting over. We have grown so close through all of this and have realized, this is a short chapter in our lives and we need to learn and grow and progress. We are one little happy family!
#7 Seven new things is a lot to happen to one family in a few months. I don't want to try to think of anything else, so I am done here! Thanks for all your prayers! We see the end of the tunnel!

I love your #6 Its crazy how the Lord works in such mysterious ways. Jackson and I are feeling the same way about that. We will totaly miss you but were excited for your fun new adventure ahead.
